A little more than 10 minutes in, Donald starts ad-libbing about Russia and Ukraine.
Only a couple weeks remain until the end of the eleventh year of war. Donald did nothing to end it during his first term in office, and he has not done anything to end it in his second term.
Blaming Ukraine for being invaded is stupid.
Donald says he is willing to give Putin part of Ukraine, but he doesn’t know how much yet.
Odds are that the US Senate will confirm Pete following a 51-49 cloture vote to end the filibuster on his nomination for US Defense Department Secretary.

Confirmation of Pete, Kash and Tulsi would illustrate Team USA’s complete lack of clarity about anything.
Here is ex-Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba crying about the West not doing enough “to defend itself and it’s friends [i.e., Ukraine].”
I am unsympathetic.
Last time I checked, the West (US and its allies) told Dmytro and Z it had three objectives:
For Ukraine to survive as a sovereign, democratic country free to pursue integration with the West,
For the U.S. and its allies to remain united against Russian aggression, and
To avoid direct conflict between the Russia and NATO.
Uncle Joe alerted Dmytro and Z six months in advance of Russian plans to invade by air, land and sea, but the warnings were largely disregarded.
In 2022 and 2023, ex-Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhny and millions of Ukrainians refused to surrender. In 2024, Z and his potent managers failed miserably to recruit new soldiers and defend the country.
What happens this year is anyone’s guess.
