The beano in Lugano demonstrated that Ukraine’s top politicians are still unwilling to turn on their thinking caps. Economically speaking, that means more of the same: crime, coffee & cocktails.

Looking on the positive side, the performance of Ukraine’s government, parliament and Z’s office will enable Tiger Team to reassess its judgement about the capacity of Ukraine to absorb foreign assistance in line with reality.
