Outer and Inner Circles: The symbol features one large outer circle and two smaller inner circles. In an ideal world, the base color of the inner circle would be bright red, while the outer circle is orange.

But we are in Ukraine and only have white paint.

Falun Gong practicioners in Kyiv stand on the dots in the little circles holding poles and spin very slowly counterclockwise with their arms and poles extended. These gyrations are central to Falun Gong's cultivation practice. The exercise, called Falun Zhautian Fa, is believed to automatically transform energy (Gong) and refine the practitioner, even when they are not actively spinning around. The repeated rotation along the meridians is believed to rectify abnormalities in the body and return it to its original, healthy state, allowing energy to flow smoothly and freely.
