Reportedly, Team USA’s proposed terms for Ukraine’s conditional surrender:

• immediate ceasefire

• direct negotiations between Ukraine and Russia

• Ukraine's renunciation of its intention to join NATO (EU membership is allowed)

• territorial concessions (the United States proposes to officially recognize Russian sovereignty over Crimea and freeze the current front line, while Russia must withdraw its troops from “two small territories” in the Kherson region

• establishing American control over the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant

• signing an agreement on mineral extraction between Ukraine and the United States

• lifting of all US sanctions against Russia
