Precision strikes?
The icky, sinister news about this morning’s attack on Kyiv is that Russia targeted an area of the city where media and offices of international organizations are located, in abundance.
Specifically the above quadrant, a square block or so, of downtown Kyiv, home to offices of the European Delegation and the Ukrainska Pravda ezine and, yes, Smartass Gym, where their employees work out.
