Police have apprehended a suspect in the killing of former Rada speaker Andriy Parubiy.

The funeral is in Lviv tomorrow. There will be a vigil on Independence Square tonite in Kyiv.
National Police on Monday morning released this photo of the suspect, whom Russian operatives worked over with info about his MIA son. It’s all very fuzzy.
