A Russian drone smashed a private medical clinic in Kyiv’s Obolon district early this morning, killing at least one patient, injuring four, including two critically, according to the Kyiv mayor.
Ex Prime Minister Shmyhal turned Defense Minister is now Energy Minister. Military Intelligence chief Budanov will run the President’s Office, and Digital Transformation Minister Fedorov will be put in charge of the Defense Ministry. The as yet un-arrested Yermak (ex head of the President’s Office) still lurks in the shadows, and State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) chief Vasyl Maliuk has tendered his resignation, reportedly.
