Cruise Missile Diplomacy
Starting off the day with random thoughts:
Putin’s deification proceeds way beyond Hitlerism, Stalinism.
One can resist only in terms of the identity that is under attack.
…I would have added a couple more thoughts, but I was interrupted by the sound of an anti-aircraft rocket intercepting an orc cruise missile flying over Kyiv.

We are at a disadvantage, because no one knows the end of the story. We can guess what it will be, but only partially.
What meaning should we attach to Russia’s complete collapse after Putin’s failed special operation? Will it turn out to be the realization of the oldest of dreams if Ukraine survives?
Or a nightmare about genocidal massacre, if it doesn't, like over Mariupol this morning?
Last time I checked, we concluded before Putin decided to invade, that there were only two possible outcomes of the current mess: Continuation of WW4 or a coup. Biden and European leaders and NATO have been very late waking up to this fact.
Thousands of innocent lives have already been lost needlessly. It’s Srebrinica all over again, multiplied daily.
Save diplomacy for after WW4.
