The Kyiv Unbroken Marathon 2023 is held on October 1, two days after Harvest Moon and a day after the 10K race. The course is meh. Only 200 meters total elevation.
The 10K race on September 30 is a sprint from St. Sophia Square to Kontraktova Square and back.
