So, that pink blob pouring down from southern Belarus towards Kyiv should be our main concern, according to the Institute for the Study of War.
The New York Times publishes this up-to-date ISW invasion map:
And we have another NYT article talking about the pink blob citing ISW, as well as the 40-kilometer Russian military convoy that’s within it.
I became a little leery of ISW after they published a loopy counterfactual in December 2021. The “bounded rationality” bullshit threw me.
For what it’s worth, General Sir Richard Barons has chimed in for Sky News:
And the Washington Post says the convoy has stalled.
The orcs in the Russian convoy represented by the giant pink blob don’t appear to be motivated or capable fighters. If they attempt to enter Kyiv, they will be vaporized. And If they fan out and encircle the capital in the coming weeks, we’ll hunt them down and turn them into fertilizer.
So much for the giant pink blob.
The pink blob is more reddish in this Russian invasion map by Readovka circulating on Telegram and appears more ambitious.
