The smug implication of elite discourse away from the grunts, of forming strategic alliances while trench clearers guzzle energy drinks, of winking and beckoning to the very heart of greed power, that come off this photo are truly astonishing.

And, finally, Mustafa will be leaving Ukraine’s State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. Along with everyone else there. He lists lots of reasons for resigning in a goodbye letter posted to Facebook.

Read the links but still baffled as to why Mustafa Nayyem is quitting. Why is the government blocking infrastructure builds? Can anyone shed any light on this?
