Georgescu appeared on my radar months ago when he began whitewashing Holocaust deniers and promoting Soros conspiracy bullshit.

The far-right Romanian would-be president hates Ukraine and regards Ion Antonescu, Romania's de facto World War II leader and Corneliu Zelea Codreanu as national heroes4.
Like other fringe politicians, Georgescu is savvy with social media. His TikTok account had 1.6 million likes. On it, he has posted videos of himself attending church, doing judo, running on a track, and speaking on podcasts.
Just days before the vote, Georgescu launched a TikTok campaign calling for an end to aid for Ukraine, apparently striking a chord with voters. He has also sounded a skeptical note on Romania's NATO membership.
His anti-Western messaging is routinely amplified on Russian, state-run media and Kremlin-friendly social media5.
Georgescu repeated Soros conspiracy bullshit on Palmisano’s podcast — with zero pushback. According to Anne, he has met twice with Alexander Dugin, the Russian fascist ideologue, who posted on X a (subsequently deleted) statement that “Romania will be part of Russia.6”
Palmisano in recent months has interviewed Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Kash Patel and a bunch of other loony Americans, including Donald. He inserted a bunch of advertisements on his podcast with Georgescu, including one for ARMRA Colostrum: Immune Revival.

Another ad was for BUBS Naturals, a collagen peptide supplement that facilitates regular bowel movements.
Turns out Glen “BUB” Doherty, a Navy Seal killed in Benghazi, Libya, is the namesake for the product.
On the Ukraine jacket, Russian invaders have pushed Ukraine’s defenders out of Toretsk and Kurakhove and Chasiv Yar.
Z didn’t mention the setbacks — much less the reasons for them — in his daily pep talk.
