We know exactly the person on the perch and when this photo was snapped yesterday — Lynsey — the Polk Prize winner who almost committed professional suicide last spring.

I was fumbling with f-stop not far way from the Eternal Park of Glory trying to take a picture of the Mist Mesto bridge in the dark.
