I thought yesterday about writing about the Gorbachev effect, but got bogged down with discussions at the Munich Security Conference. While Z has been lionized in the West for his emotional outbursts, the president is increasingly less trusted in Ukraine for his leadership lapses. I alluded to a couple them, largely ignored by legacy English-language media, in yesterday’s post1. Think Pashinsky and Naumov and Chervinsky and Zaluzhny.
