Oh, dear1.
Pavlo Fuks and Ihor Kolomoisky?
I’m sympathetic to agent John, who obvi got in way over his head, with Rudy operating as a unwitting agent of Vova. His realization of that fact came, er, at least three, maybe four, years too late2.
On the war jacket — the only thing that really matters — an organized withdrawal of UA forces can be considered an achievement at this stage of the bloody mess, leaving us to wonder just how much territory will be ceded to invading Russians before the Peace Summit on June 15-16 at the Bürgenstock Resort in Switzerland.
Meanwhile, Vovchansk is in flames. Nothing will be left of it. Speculation is rife that the Russians will open a new, 9th, front in northern Sumy region in the coming days and weeks3.
Yesterday’s controversial decision to put Gen Yuriy Sodol in charge of Khortytsia operational-strategic group (the eastern front) is, er, not exactly a morale booster. Neither are Z’s morning pep talks, which are chock full of counterfactual hooey4.
Which leaves us with Mariana Bezuhla, Parliament Deputy, member of the Rada’s Committee on Defense and National Secuirty, who attempts (and fails) to boost esprit de corps by reflecting on Z’s five-year political career on her Telegram channel.
The president is not from the system, he destroyed the system. This is probably Zelensky's greatest achievement.
Did this lead to war? Yes. Agreements with Russia, covered with embroidered towels and torn ammunition depots, were violated.
Did it destroy the structure and role of the Ukrainian parliament? Yes. Oligarchs began to be listened to in the same way as everyone else, often not at all. Behind the screen of parliamentarism, the emptiness of subjectivity was revealed.
Has this changed the perception of Ukraine in the world? Yes. We have ceased to be third-rate beggars, with the distribution of residual handouts through grant projects, OSCE missions and other shams.
There are many more examples.
Did this build a new system of relationships? No. We have found ourselves on unstable ground, and the whole society, which has lost the oligarchic predictability of state management, false peace and war not for everyone, as well as illusions, is now trying to survive in new realities.
Whose reality? What kind of reality has it become?
An abyss, unstable soil, fog.
An abyssal struggle for the country for real. Survival is not for ticks. The nation is not just like that.
Finding what and who we really are. All of us.
In addition, our turbulence and struggle catalyzed world processes, and even the most experienced experts do not undertake to predict the configuration of the world in the near future.
Will everything work out for us? We can lose completely. Not everyone will see, not everyone will stay, not everyone will join and not everyone will become.
But finally, after three decades, the struggle for independence is real. And for the Russians - death.

What a slog…I wish the USA had helped more in the beginning but Ukraine needs to be united and supported! Thanks for your comments!
Gee sounds like work-something the media won’t do! Thanks for your post!
